Our Promise
These principles come from our faith's teaching on honest trade, and we offer them to every family, of every faith or none. They are not marketing lines — they are the rules this business runs on, and we would rather lose a sale than break one.
1. Truthful, always
Descriptions and prices say exactly what is true. The total at checkout is the total you pay — no hidden fees, and no promise that a book will make a child smarter or better. It is a book of the people who love her. That is enough.
2. Your photos are a trust
Your family's photos and details are used only to make your book — never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train anything. You can have them deleted at any time, and we will confirm when it is done. Our privacy policy has the detail.
3. One quality for every family
The book we make for our own family is the book we make for yours — the same board, the same care, the same hand-check before it ships. If a book is defective, we replace it free or refund you. There are no tiers of families here.
4. No pressure, ever
No countdown timers, no fake scarcity, no “only two left”. Nothing designed to hook a child, and nothing that nags you. If a book is right for your family, it will still be right tomorrow.
5. A checkout that never fights you
No account, no password, nothing between you and your order that doesn't need to be there. And if a payment fails, your order is saved and waiting — a failed payment never loses your book.
6. Sacred words, handled with care
When a family chooses faith words for their book or keepsakes, they are reproduced exactly as the family's tradition gives them — checked carefully, never altered, never decorated, never personalised.
7. We answer
