Shipping & Delivery

Every book is made to order, for one baby. There is no shelf it comes off — so a book takes a little time, and we would rather tell you exactly where that time goes than promise a speed we cannot keep.

How long it takes

Most books arrive in about three weeks from payment — typically between 15 and 23 days. The journey, honestly:

• Design & proof — you add the photos and details; we lay out the book and send your proof. This part moves at your pace, and printing waits for your approval.
• Printing — once you approve (and the three-day cancellation window has passed), your book is printed.
• Quality check — the printed book comes to us first. We check every face, every name, every page by hand. If anything is not right, we reprint it before it ever reaches you.
• Delivery — the checked book is packed in its presentation box and sent on to you, with tracking.

After you approve your proof, your order's tracking page shows a dated delivery window for your book, and we email you the tracking number when it ships.

Where we deliver, and what it costs

At launch we deliver within the United States. Delivery is $7.95, and free on orders of $85 or more — always shown before you pay, never added in surprise afterwards.

Wrong address, or a damaged parcel

If you notice an address mistake, tell us as soon as you can — before your book ships we can always correct it. If a parcel arrives damaged, or the book inside is damaged or defective, that is on us: see our returns & reprints policy for the free reprint-or-refund promise.
